I switched over to Merry Dental Care last year and couldn't be happier! The entire team is very friendly and thorough with my exams. They've also helped me with my daily care and habits. I've had a couple appointments with zero cavities (a rarity for me). I also love the Minnesota-cabin atmosphere that they have going for them inside.
Having been with Merry Dental for 30+ years my wife and I will never leave. A recent situation astounded me because of the sheer persistence of Christy and Dr. Merry. My insurance company resisted paying for a significant portion of a procedure correcting a tooth that was replaced with a crown. Christy chased this down for the better part of a year. I was kept a breast of progress or lack thereof (by my Insurance group). I finally decided to just pay the remainder just to not create more work for Christy. Low and behold after all this time Christy sent me a note indicating that they got the Insurance company to pay the balance and I would receive a refund from Merry Dental. How refreshing is that. They are the greatest. Great people, Great guidance and performance on anything we've done for 30 years. We'd stay another 30. I became a patient of Merry Dental when my old office changed hands. I was given a recommendation from a former hygienist to try this group. I have no regrets. I have always been greeted warmly. They keep me looped in via both e-mail and text. I had Kelly today and again, these ladies are professional yet friendly. No one likes going to the dentist ( muck like doctors) but we do and would highly recommend this office and it's staff. I hope to see them for many more years. Preferably for just regular cleanings.
I'm highly satisfied with my first ever visit. My co-worker suggested this place to me.I walked in and have never seen such a nice looking dental office. It was clean and nicely decorated.I went to the back to use the restroom and notice the wall of awards they have earned. I also saw the four dogs they have hanging out and gated off. This really made my day to see the dogs and they allowed me to pet them.Kelly cleaned my teeth and she did such a great job and was very friendly. The dr. also took real good care of me.I definitely will be coming back as I felt welcomed and well taken care of.
I'm very pleased with my experiences at Merry Dental. Neglecting dental health for a long time, I was hesitant to begin again. The choice to go with Merry was the right decision. More appointments to go, but I no longer fear getting back in the chair.The staff members are very pleasant, making it all so much better. Highly recommend!
